Víctor Riera

Victor Riera has been practicing law since 2002 and is CEO/Partner of Riera Consulting Lawyers and Tax Advisors, provides legal and compliance services to companies, public institutions, and foundations.

He holds a law degree from the University of Alicante, completed his studies with a Master’s in Legal Advice for Businesses at Fundesem, and earned a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Alicante with the honors (Cum Laude).

He is actively involved in teaching, serving as an associate professor in the Department of Economic and Financial Disciplines (Tax Law area) at the Faculty of Law, University of Alicante, and as a Tax Law professor at the Illustrious Provincial Bar Association of Alicante. Victor has given lectures on tax matters at European and Spanish institutions and has been a speaker at specialized tax events at the University of Alicante.

He is a member and board member of the Financial and Tax Law Section of the Provincial Bar Association of Alicante and has been a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) since 2003.
